Terms of Use

The service

AutoRedline compares PDF drawing revisions, creates suggested redlines, and provides tools to review, edit and export the result. Automated output can miss or misinterpret changes. You are responsible for reviewing every result before using it in an engineering change process or relying on it for manufacturing or other decisions.

Your account and drawings

You retain ownership of your drawings. You must have permission to upload and process them, and you authorize us and our service providers to process them as needed to provide the service. Keep your account secure and invite only people authorized to access your workspace. Workspace owners manage members, plans and purchases; credits are shared within the workspace.

Credits, plans and payment

Credit usage is quoted before each comparison starts. Sheet counts shown with plans or balances are approximate and are not guaranteed entitlements. Reviewing, editing and downloading a saved result are included. Failed comparisons return their credits automatically. New workspaces receive 600 free starter credits per workspace, which have no cash value.

Monthly plans renew automatically each month until cancelled and include a monthly credit allowance that resets at renewal; unused plan credits do not carry over. You can change or cancel your plan in Settings → Billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Extra credits are one-time purchases that do not renew and do not expire.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Prices are shown in USD; applicable tax is shown at checkout. The price shown when you purchase applies to that purchase.

Refunds are described in our Refund Policy. Refunded or reversed payments remove the corresponding credits and may pause new comparisons; saved work remains accessible.

Acceptable use

Do not bypass access controls or usage limits, interfere with the service, attempt to access other workspaces, or upload content you are not authorized to process. We may restrict access to address security incidents, misuse or unpaid balances. Contact support if you believe access was restricted in error.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available and your data safe, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties beyond those required by law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Privacy and changes

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data and drawings. We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated before they take effect.
